Most of us live with some degree of darkness in our lives.
The resurrection reminds us there are better days ahead.
Just like every winter,
Is followed by spring.
It’s just like every night,
Is followed by the dawning of a new day.
And we cannot get to the dawn,
And we cannot get to the spring,
And we cannot get to the resurrection and the life,
Without coming to the cross.
For in the darkness of the winter,
And in the darkness of the night,
Just like the spring,
The Son is coming.
